We will return your money for un-opened, un-used items (where the security seal is not broken) within 15 days of purchase. We will return the money back to the original method of payment. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable and any additional delivery fees required for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Please see below for return / exchange procedure.
We will exchange items that you have opened and used with any item of equal or greater value within 15 days of purchase. In the case of a greater value product the customer must pay the difference. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable and any additional delivery fees required for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Please see below for return / exchange procedure.
Return / Exchange Procedure

b. your courier receipt number
c. attached photo / copy of your government issued identification (NID) card (in order to confirm your identity and avoid fraud)
d. the specific item(s) you would like to return or exchange
Missing & Defective Items
Missing and defective items must be declared immediately upon delivery to the courier associate. Please make sure to fully inspect your order upon arrival.
In the case of cash on delivery orders, the courier associate will subtract the cost of the missing / defective item(s) from the total cost at the time of delivery. If you would like us to re-send the missing / defective item(s) please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do so. Please mention in the email the e.l.f. order number and courier receipt number.
In the case of pre-paid orders please send an email to email@example.com and notify us about the missing and defective item(s). Please mention in the email the e.l.f. order number and courier receipt number. We can either send you the item(s) again or refund the money back to the original method of payment.
Lost or Stolen Products
Once the courier associate has delivered your package our responsibility ends. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or items once the package delivery has been confirmed. Unless you specifically request us to do so, your package will not be left with the care taker or any security personnel at your flat. By default the courier associate will only deliver to a resident of your home.
